The role

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with our Account Executives across the deal lifecycle — from discovery through technical close — for enterprise and some mid‑market opportunities in ANZ. You’ll be the trusted technical advisor to QA leaders, Heads of Engineering, CIOs, and transformation owners, translating Qualitia’s capabilities into business outcomes that map to each customer’s testing maturity, tech stack, and release cadence.

This is a high‑impact pre‑sales role where deep solution thinking, polished demo craft, and strong stakeholder management directly move revenue.

What you’ll do

- Own the technical narrative in the sales cycle: discovery, solution design, demos, POCs/POVs, technical objection handling.
- Run tailored product demonstrations of Qualitia’s automation platform across customer‑specific applications (mostly Salesforce and custom web/mobile apps).
- Lead Proof‑of‑Value engagements — scope, design, build, and present POCs that prove ROI against the customer’s existing manual or script‑heavy testing approach.




- Architect end‑to‑end automation solutions covering test design, CI/CD integration, data management, workplace strategy, and reporting/analytics.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders — from QA practitioners to C‑level sponsors — ensuring alignment so the solution delivered exceeds client expectations.
- Partner with AEs on account strategy, deal qualification (SPIN and MEDDPICC), competitive positioning and commercial structuring.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface customer requirements, validate the roadmap, and influence prioritisation.
- Enable partners and SIs through joint discovery, solution co‑design, and demo enablement.
- Represent Qualitia at industry events, webinars, and customer roundtables across ANZ.

What you’ll bring

Must‑have

- 7+ years in pre‑sales, solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting in enterprise SaaS — ideally in test automation, DevOps tooling, QA platforms, or adjacent enterprise software (CRM, ERP, data platforms).
- Demonstrated success supporting complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals through to close.




- Strong technical foundation: software testing concepts, automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and at least one enterprise application ecosystem (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday).
- Exceptional discovery and demo skills — able to run a value‑led demo without scripts and adapt in real time to a CIO, a QA lead, or a procurement panel.
- Experience scoping and delivering POCs / POVs with clear success criteria and executive readouts.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills across technical and business audiences.
- Excellent written communication — RFPs, solution documents, statements of work.

Nice‑to‑have

- Hands‑on experience with codeless or low‑code automation platforms (Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Copado Robotic Testing).
- Background in Salesforce or ServiceNow testing.
- Familiarity with AI/ML‑driven test generation, self‑healing scripts, and test data management.
- Certifications: Salesforce or relevant cloud/DevOps credentials.

Prior experience selling into ANZ enterprises (banking, insurance, telco, health, retail, government).
