Security Officer – Full-Time

Location: Eastgardens, NSW

About The Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering a high standard of customer service. This role involves a mix of patrols, incident response and client‑facing duties.

Full‑time position

Level 2: $35.59

Roster

- Week 1: Wednesday to Friday – 6:00pm to 6:00am
- Week 2: Wednesday to Thursday – 6:00pm to 6:00am
- Saturday to Sunday: 6:00pm to 6:00am

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property and assets
- Provide a professional and approachable security presence
- Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies and requests for assistance
- Identify and assess risks,



taking appropriate action in line with procedures
- Adhere to all site and company security protocols
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

Requirements

- A valid Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
- Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
- Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
- Ability to work independently and follow procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- A reliable and punctual work history
- Full Australian working rights
