JV Recruitment are currently seeking skilled Trade Assistants to join a number of busy modular projects throughout Melbourne's Western and Northern suburbs . These are ongoing roles offering steady hours, great conditions and the opportunity for long‑term work with a well‑established operation.
You’ll be working in a clean, well‑organised factory environment , assisting with the production and assembly of modular building components.
What you’ll be doing:
- Skilled Trade Assistant within a modular factory environment
- Assisting trades with assembly and fit‑out works
- Using hand and power tools
- Working to plans and instructions
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work area
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a skilled labourer or trade assistant
- Carpentry, cabinetmaking or joinery experience highly desirable
- Confident use of hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced factory workplace
What’s on offer:
