Duties

Serve as the first point of contact for Carelink Plus CMS support, triaging and resolving user reported issues.

Gather and analyze business requirements from franchisees and internal stakeholders through interviews and workshops.

Document and model business processes using Microsoft Visio to identify improvements and support system implementations.

Maintain data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular reviews and updates using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.

Develop and generate visual reports and dashboards in Power BI to track KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.

Assist with system testing,



including designing test cases, supporting regression testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Create multimedia training materials, such as video tutorials and How To guides to support user adoption.

Coordinate communication and collaboration among stakeholders using Microsoft Teams and Outlook to ensure smooth project delivery.

Apply Agile methodologies in managing workloads, participating in sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant Bachelor Degree

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
