About Limp in Leap Out Mobile Care

Limp in Leap Out Mobile Care is a growing multidisciplinary allied health company across Sydney. We have clinics across Sydney- Belfield, Croydon and Greenwich.

Our team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Podiatrists, Dietitians, Massage Therapists, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists.

As a multidisciplinary team, we work closely together and regularly refer between disciplines.

We do team bonding 4 times per year, so we are a close-knit team.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for passionate Physiotherapists to join our team.

For clinicians looking for work, there is the opportunity to build your caseload through our community physiotherapy service, visiting clients in their own homes throughout Sydney.

Whether you're looking for a consistent facility-based role, or community work, or a combination of both, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

- Assess and treat aged care residents and community clients.




- Develop individualised treatment and exercise programs.
- Assist with falls prevention and mobility improvement.
- Provide pain management and rehabilitation.
- Complete clinical documentation and reports.
- Liaise with nursing staff, care managers, GPs and our multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Is registered with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
- Enjoys working with older adults.
- Is organised and able to work independently.
- Has a current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (required for community work).
- Experience in aged care is desirable but not essential.
