AsaCustomerFieldTechnicianinWaggaWagga,youwillworkindependentlyoncustomerservicefieldtasksacrossarangeofnbntechnologies.Thisroleinvolvesinstallation,repair,maintenance,anddirectcustomerinteraction,primarilywithinhomesandbusinesspremises.

Yourdaymayincludetaskssuchasinstallingcopperandfibrecabling,completingcustomerpremisesequipmentinstallations,diagnosingandrepairingfaults,andprovidingahighlevelofcustomerservice.Workinghoursfallbetween7amand7pm,withflexibilityappliedbasedonbusinessneeds.Training,tools,andongoingsupportwillbeprovided.
