We are looking for an experienced Senior warehouse allrounder to work closely with our warehouse manager and supervisor within our operation. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll assist with the daily workflow, support the warehouse team, coordinate dispatch, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure the warehouse operates safely and efficiently.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll assist in overseeing the operation of the warehouse while working with a small team to ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

You’ll assist with coordinating warehouse activities, support delivery operations, maintain inventory integrity and ensure all warehouse practices meet food safety and workplace health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the supervision the daily operation of the warehouse and support the Warehouse Manager.
- Coordinate daily order picking, packing and dispatch to ensure customer orders leave accurately and on time.
- Assist with the planning and preparation of daily delivery runs using Routific software.




- Receive incoming goods and verify quantities, quality, batch numbers and best-before dates against purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory using Cin7 management software.
- Coordinate stock movements between production and warehouse, ensuring correct stock rotation and storage.
- Book courier and freight consignments and ensure all dispatch information is accurately recorded.
- Manage returned stock, including assessment for rework, disposal or return to inventory.
- Ensure all outbound orders are quality checked prior to dispatch.
- Coordinate regular rolling stocktakes and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs including dispatch accuracy, stock integrity and operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor and support warehouse team members while fostering a positive team culture.
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse systems, workflow and productivity.
- Maintain a clean, organised and compliant warehouse setting.
- Ensure forklifts, racking and warehouse equipment are maintained and safe to operate.
- Promote a strong workplace safety culture by identifying hazards, reporting incidents and ensuring compliance with OH&S; and food safety requirements.
- Assist other departments when required to support business operations.




- Manage logistics between our main and second warehouse located 200m Away.
- Participate in the mount zero community garden volunteering program for 4-6 hours annually (This is during work hours and is paid)
- Contributing to the monthly staff lunch and sharing your culture.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in delivering excellent warehouse operations.

You’ll ideally have:

- Current Forklift Licence (essential).
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a warehouse team.
- Strong warehouse, logistics or distribution experience.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems such as Cin7 (preferred).
- Experience using Routific or similar routing software (preferred).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 25kg safely.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
