Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Express Repair Coordinator to join our team, based in Melbourne, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing insurance repairs valued up to $20,000, overseeing each job from authorisation through to completion. You will coordinate sub-contractors, liaise with the customer and clients, and ensure repairs are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives on organisation, clear communication, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate sub-contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of repairs.
- Liaise with customers, insurance companies, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders to gather and provide necessary information.




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
- Operate autonomously, taking ownership of multiple jobs from start to finish.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications and Skills

- Previous experience in a similar role within the insurance or building industry is essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with job management systems is a plus (Prime EcoSystem is a preference).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
