Tree Worker / Arborist - Full Time Position

Join a Leading Arboriculture Team – Tree Workers, Arborists & EWP Operators Wanted

Type: Full-time with Fortnightly RDOs

With over 80 staff across three depots—but growing,we’re proud to be one of Victoria’s leading arboriculture providers.

We’re currently increasing our workload and looking for additional Tree Workers - EWP & Climbing Arborists to join our Banyule or Boronia crews, main depot is located in Boronia with options to take trucks to/from home to site for the right applicants. Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

- EWP operation for street tree pruning under electrical line clearance regulations
- Responsive tree work for council clients after hours or during storm events
- Tree pruning and removals in parks and reserves, making trees safe and enjoyable for all
- Roadside vegetation management in rural areas ensuring safer roads

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for team players with a strong work ethic, take pride in their work and the finished product, interested in the Arboriculture industry and doing the job safely.

Favourable Qualifications (Not all are essential, we are also keen to train up new starters who are interested in joining our industry):

- Prior experience with electrical line clearance pruning
- Cert II in ESI (or willingness to obtain)
- Manual Car (minimum requirement) or MR Truck Licence
- EWP High Risk Work Licence (over 11m)
- White Card (essential)
- Cert III in Arboriculture
