Disability Support Worker (Mornings & Afternoons)

About the role:

We have multiple opportunities for new employees to join our team. We are looking for female support workers who are flexible, have a range of availability and who have a passion for supporting a range of individuals.

We are looking for staff who can do:

Morning shifts - 6:30am-10am Monday, Wednesday & Friday.

Day shifts- 6:30am-4pm Tuesday & Thursday.

Afternoon shifts- 2pm-4pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday and

6pm-9:30pm shifts 7 days a week.

We require commitment of at least 3 shifts per week.

Experience supporting people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is an advantage.





Confidence and experience with manual handling and safe transfer technique preferred.

Your duties will include

Supporting people to achieve their individual goals in line with their NDIS Plan

Daily living support, including attending to personal care needs.

Domestic duties such as vacuuming, laundry and general cleaning.

Administering medications in line with medication management plans.

Supporting people to access the community

Behavioural support, including managing challenging behaviours and behaviours of concern.

Mandatory Checks and Licenses

NDIS Worker Check

Working with Children Check

Drivers License

First Aid Certificate

Evidence of Covid vaccination certificate

Two skilled references

Right to work in Australia

Cert IV in Disability or a relevant qualification and/or equivalent experience
