North Brisbane Pool Care is seeking a motivated and reliable Pool Technician to join our growing team. This full-time role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to work with a friendly, supportive crew servicing both residential and commercial clients.
About the Role
As a Pool Technician, you'll be the face of North Brisbane Pool Care, providing top-notch pool servicing and maintenance throughout North Lakes and surrounding suburbs. You'll be supported with the tools, training, and team backing you need to succeed.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Performing regular pool cleaning and maintenance - including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and balancing chemical levels
- Troubleshooting and repairing pool equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators, and heaters
- Communicating clearly with clients, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate service records and reporting on pool conditions
- Assisting with installation of recent equipment when required
- Adhering to health and safety protocols at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience or qualifications in pool maintenance and/or equipment repair (preferred but not essential - we'll train the right person!)
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver's licence
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
