工作职责

构建用户创建、定制和使用动漫虚拟人的 Web 或移动体验。 集成语音、LLM、记忆、角色状态、图像或视频生成服务。 开发可靠的 API、任务队列、数据库和观测工具。 优化实时渲染、延迟、成本、失败恢复和内容安全。 与产品和设计团队快速迭代原型，并把有效体验推向生产。

Responsibilities

Build user-facing creation, customization, and avatar interaction flows. Integrate voice, LLM, memory, character state, and image or video generation services. Develop reliable APIs, queues, databases, observability, and failure recovery. Optimize rendering, latency, inference cost, safety,



and the end-to-end experience. Ship quickly with product and design while maintaining production quality.

任职要求

常驻杭州或能在杭州工作，具备 4 年以上全栈产品工程经验。 熟练使用 TypeScript/React 及 Python、Node.js 或类似后端技术。 有生成式 AI API、实时媒体、WebGL/Three.js 或游戏角色系统经验。 能独立交付，代码清晰，具备产品判断力。

Requirements

Based in or able to work from Hangzhou with 4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience. Strong TypeScript/React plus Python, Node.js, or a comparable backend stack. Experience with generative-AI APIs, real-time media, WebGL/Three.js, or character systems. Independent execution, clean code, and solid product judgment.
