We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations leader to become our new Operations Trainer and lead the delivery of Boost’s New Partner Training Program. This hands‑on, store‑based role will prepare new franchise partners to confidently operate their own Boost Juice store, while working closely with our Learning and Development, Franchise Sales and Operations teams. With training delivered across multiple locations, the role will also involve frequent interstate travel.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinate the New Partner Training Program from the point of handover by the Franchise Sales team
- Organise training stores, uniforms, online pre-work and departmental sessions for bookwork week
- Develop tailored training plans for new partners
- Facilitate in‑store training, bookwork weeks and settlement support
- Coach new partners and their teams to confidently operate their stores and deliver the Boost customer experience
- Facilitate operational workshops, on‑the‑job coaching and store‑based training projects
- Coach leaders to build high‑performing teams and maintain consistent operational standards
- Ensure training complies with quality, food safety, workplace health and safety, legal and operational requirements
- Maintain training areas, records, competency sign‑offs, registers and reporting




- Identify and implement opportunities to continually improve the New Partner Training Program
- Model the Boost values and act as a positive brand ambassador in every interaction
- Support training initiatives across other Retail Zoo brands when required

What we’re looking for:

- Strong operational experience within a fast‑paced retail, hospitality or food and beverage environment
- Experience training, coaching and developing leaders and operational teams
- A clear and professional communication style, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver both practical and classroom‑based training
- A proactive and solutions‑focused approach, with the initiative to take action and achieve outcomes
- A values‑led leadership style and the ability to role model expected behaviours
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Incredible attention to detail and solid administrative skills
- The ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends when required
- A passion for the Boost Juice brand and delivering an exceptional Love Life experience
