Fulltime Pharmacist – Medicinal Cannabis | True Green Health Dispensary, Strathpine QLD

Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic, forward-thinking and motivated Pharmacist to join our team as a full-time Pharmacist.

This is a diverse and rewarding role that encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including patient-facing dispensing and counselling, non-patient-facing dispensing and dispatch of online orders, and patient clinical screening activities to support our partnered prescribing clinics.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in delivering secure, compliant, and patient-centred care while contributing to the ongoing growth and excellence of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care both in-person and over the phone.
- Accurately and efficiently dispense and verify medicinal cannabis prescriptions
- Ensure compliance with SAS-B and Authorised Prescriber frameworks, along with state-specific regulations




- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clinic partners including doctors, nurses, and support staff
- Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons to support patient education on product options
- Prepare patient orders for collection and delivery with care and attention to detail
- Oversee stock management and controlled drug handling (S8), ensuring accurate records
- Uphold best practices in workplace health and safety, security, and loss prevention
- Supervise pharmacy assistants and team members

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor of Pharmacy and unrestricted AHPRA General registration is a must
- Experience working as a Pharmacist in a busy, dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume dispensing environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and embrace new systems and procedures
- Ability to problem solve
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience with medicinal cannabis is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
- New graduates interested in holistic care are encouraged to apply
