ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is an established client-side project management consultancy with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex residential and accommodation developments across Sydney and wider NSW.

With a strong pipeline of new-build apartment, Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, hotel and mixed-use projects , they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Project Manager , you'll take ownership of the delivery of major residential and accommodation developments from feasibility through to completion .

Working closely with the Directors, you'll lead consultant teams, manage client relationships and drive project outcomes across every phase of the project lifecycle.

You'll be trusted to lead projects independently , mentor junior team members and play a key role in maintaining the consultancy's reputation for exceptional project delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead recent-build apartment, Build-to-Rent and accommodation developments.
- Manage projects from feasibility, design and procurement through to construction and handover .
- Act as the primary client contact throughout project delivery.
- Coordinate consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, programmes,



procurement and project reporting .
- Identify and manage project risks to achieve successful outcomes.
- Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers .
- Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business.
- Support the Directors in maintaining best-in-class project delivery .

ABOUT YOU You are an experienced client-side Senior Project Manager with a proven track record delivering major residential developments.

You will bring

- Strong experience delivering new-build apartment developments .
- Exposure to Build-to-Rent, student accommodation, hotels or mixed-use projects.
- Experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle .
- Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management capability.
- The ability to confidently lead multidisciplinary consultant teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Property, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
