What a typical week at Healthii People looks like:

- Recruiting Healthcare professionals
- Suggesting your ideas to help growth the business
- Collaborating with our UK counterparts on recruitment projects and international candidates
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify recent business opportunities
- Working closely with your recruitment resourcer
- Providing strategic recruitment advice to clients
- Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent.
- Client visits / Road Trips
- Lots of office and team banter
- Ongoing support from management and wider team
