As our Legal division continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Senior or Manager Recruitment Consultant to join the team and play a key role in building out this high-performing practice.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with established clients, develop new business relationships, build your own network, and partner with some of the best legal talent in the market. With direct access to our Directors, an established client base and a genuine opportunity to influence the growth of the Legal division, this is a role where your success will be recognised and rewarded.

The Opportunity:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll drive growth in one of our most in-demand practice areas, partnering with clients across:

- Insurance
- Construction
- Private Practice Law
- In-House Legal & Counsel
- Corporate & Commercial Law
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, grow a strong client portfolio, and place skilled legal professionals into roles that genuinely move their careers forward.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering a great experience for both clients and candidates.
- Proactively develop and grow your client base through networking, business development and relationship management.
- Build strong talent pipelines and stay close to what's happening in the legal market.
- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients, becoming a trusted advisor within your specialist market.
- Work collaboratively with your team to share market insights, plan effectively and celebrate success.
- Partner with leading clients nationally and consistently set and achieve goals, backed by drive,



focus and persistence.

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within Legal recruitment, or strong related B2B or consultative sales experience.
- A proven track record of building client relationships and delivering results.
- A genuine interest in connecting people with opportunities and helping them succeed.
- Self-motivation, resilience and a proactive approach to business development.
- A confident, relationship-driven style with the ability to engage comfortably with senior stakeholders.
- Someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and motivated to build something long-term.
