- Originate, structure, and execute club and syndicated loan transactions, actively pitching for Mandated Lead Arranger (MLA) and bookrunner roles.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises
- Identify complex business opportunities, structure tailored financial solutions, and cross-sell banking products
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term relationships.
- Coordinate effectively with participant banks in syndication groups.
- Conduct credit analysis, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal risk and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies

About You

- Proven track record in syndicated lending and club deal origination,



with hands-on experience driving transactions as a lead bank / MLA.
- Existing network within the corporate banking ecosystem and secondary loan markets to facilitate smooth syndication/distribution.
- Solid corporate and commercial lending leadership.
- A tertiary qualification in business, finance or related discipline
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
