EWM Group is seeking an experienced, client-focused Senior Relationship Manager to join our boutique Multi-Family Office based in Brisbane.

This is a rare opportunity to work alongside some of Australia's most successful entrepreneurs, business owners, multi-generational families, elite athletes, entertainers and family offices, helping them navigate the complexities of wealth, family governance, succession, philanthropy and legacy.

Reporting directly to the Founder and Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role within a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial team, delivering tailored family office solutions to a select portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth families while contributing to the continued growth of one of Australia's most respected independent family offices.

About the Role

As a trusted adviser, you will become the central point of coordination for a portfolio of client families, working closely with them and their professional advisers to ensure every aspect of their financial and family affairs is managed seamlessly.

This role extends well beyond traditional wealth management, providing exposure to family governance, succession planning, philanthropy, investment implementation, family office administration and strategic relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families.

Coordinate comprehensive Family Office services across investments, governance, succession, philanthropy and strategic planning.

Work closely with accountants, lawyers, bankers, investment managers and other specialist advisers.

Oversee investment implementation, portfolio administration and reporting.





Support family governance initiatives, next-generation education and family meetings.

Assist with philanthropic strategies and legacy planning.

Prepare strategic advice, client reports and meeting materials.

Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and contribute to business development.

Contribute to the ongoing evolution of EWM Group's Family Office offering.

About You

You'll be an experienced relationship manager with a genuine passion for working with successful families and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Ideally, you will bring experience from one or more of:

Multi-Family Office or Single Family Office

Private Banking

Investment or Wealth Management

Chartered Accounting or Business Advisory

Tax Advisory for private clients

You'll also possess

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.

Solid commercial judgement and attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple complex client relationships.

A collaborative, proactive and client-first mindset.

A desire to build long-term trusted adviser relationships.
