THE COMPANY:

MAK Industrial Water Solutions is a national water and wastewater treatment specialist. MAK Water designs and manufactures a wide range of water treatment plants and supports its customers with a network of service teams across Australia.

We are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of water treatment plants, with a wide range of technologies, and a strong future order book for plants to be installed in Australia and overseas.

THE ROLE

MAK Water are currently looking for a Senior Service Technician to join the WA Service Team. Reporting to the WA Service Manager, the core duties include:

- Completing scheduled preventative and reactive maintenance to clients' water treatment plants
- Reporting service outcomes
- Take responsibility for service outcomes to improve customer satisfaction
- Assist with system upgrades and improvements
- Participate in water treatment plant commissioning
- Assisting Service Manager WA in senior duties for clients and office based tasks
- Travel required to various WA sites

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS The successful application will have:

- Water & Wastewater treatment experience
- Cert 3 or 4 in Water Industry Operations - highly desirable
- A valid Australian Driver's License and clean driving record
- Experience working independently




- Strong problem solving capability and technical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings and write service reports
- Flexibility to travel to site

A relevant trade qualification (mechanical/plumbing/electrical) will be looked at favourably.
