Someone who's actually worked agency-side on HubSpot. You know the rhythm, the scoping calls that reveal three new problems, the client who swears their CRM is "pretty straightforward," the joy of a clean handover to delivery. You've felt the pressure and you're still here! That's the bit we care about.

The job, in short (ish)

- Lead complex CRM migrations and integrations, start to finish




- Run discovery with senior stakeholders and turn potential chaos into a clean and seamless solution design
- Partner with architects, devs and delivery to make it real
- Get client buy-in by demonstrating you give a sh1t about their business
- Own the outcome, not just your slice of it

You'll be a strong fit if you

- Have real world HubSpot agency experience
- Can hold your own with a Chief Something Officer without breaking a sweat
- Write documentation people actually want to read
- Adopt project methodology best practices because you want the best outcomes
- Stay composed when a project goes sideways (because one will)
- Have opinions about the right way to scope a project, and can defend them
