The Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer / Associate Structural Engineer, you'll take ownership of project delivery, providing technical expertise, leading structural design, and managing projects across a diverse portfolio. You'll work closely with clients, mentor engineers and drafters, and contribute to the ongoing development of the team and business.

For Associate-level candidates, there will also be opportunities to contribute to business development, strengthen client relationships,



and help shape the strategic direction of the structural team.

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of structural design experience within an engineering consultancy (Senior level) or extensive experience suitable for an Associate position
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring engineers and drafters
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, building codes, and local construction practices
- Excellent communication, client relationship, project management, and problem-solving skills
- A cooperative leadership style with a passion for developing others and delivering high-quality outcomes
