About the Role

Reporting to the Chief of Service Delivery & Operations, you will lead high-volume recruitment across operational positions while helping shape workforce growth across the organisation. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

You Will:

- Lead full recruitment campaigns from sourcing through to onboarding.
- Partner with operational leaders to meet workforce requirements.
- Drive positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey.
- Manage recruitment pipelines across multiple vacancies and locations.
- Create and optimise SEEK advertisements and sourcing campaigns.
- Assess candidate suitability and conduct employment offers based on operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and compliance documentation.





Skills & Experience

- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in high-volume environments.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capability.
- Experience building recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines.
- Disability, community services, healthcare, or similar recruitment experience.
- Experience using Employment Hero ATS, or similar systems
