We're partnering with a leading consulting organisation delivering a major ServiceNow transformation and are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join the team. This is a fantastic chance to work on a high-profile program, leveraging your technical expertise across Customer Service Management (CSM), integrations, and mobile development within the ServiceNow platform.

The Role

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you'll work closely with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to design, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions that deliver real business outcomes.

You'll play a key role in technical solution delivery, integration development, platform enhancements, and supporting best-practice implementations across complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across the platform
- Deliver and enhance Customer Service Management (CSM) capabilities
- Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Develop and optimise ServiceNow mobile applications and user experiences
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution design workshops




- Support platform governance, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

- Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or Developer
- Hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow CSM
- Proven experience building ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, IntegrationHub, or related technologies
- Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow Mobile Applications
- Experience working within large-scale enterprise or government environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
