We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Technical Operations Coordinator to join our team across our Berwick and Pakenham Campuses.

The Senior Technical Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of exceptional productions, performances, events and learning experiences through the effective operation of theatre technology, audio visual systems, live streaming services and digital signage.

This hands-on, multi-campus role supports the day-to-day technical operations of the Community Arts and Recreation Centre at Berwick and the Lois Maghanoy Centre for Performing Arts at Pakenham. Working closely with staff, students, external hirers and community groups, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our venues, equipment and technical services are maintained to the highest standard while delivering safe, engaging and memorable experiences for our community.

Position Details

- Full-time, ongoing position
- Multi-campus role across Berwick and Pakenham
- Support productions, performances, events and community venue hires
- Work with industry-standard lighting, sound, AV and live-streaming technologies
- Opportunity to mentor and support student technical teams
- Flexible hours required to support evening and occasional weekend events
- Current Employee Working with Children Check and National Police Check required
- Relevant technical production, AV or theatre industry experience highly regarded
