About The Role As a Senior Retail Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll become a trusted advisor to tradespeople, businesses and retail customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing long-term customer relationships, mentoring others through leading by example, and taking ownership of their own results.

Your Responsibilities
