Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Previous reception, customer service or industry experience is preferred, but not essential.
- Adept at navigating computer systems to manage customer interactions and records.
- Ability to analyze situations and think critically to find solutions to customer issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Willingness to provide/obtain relevant checks due to interaction with clients (e.g., Police checks/NDIS Worker Screening check).

Duties & Responsibilities





- Greet customers and ensure a positive first impression.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Foster strong and positive interactions with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Collect customer feedback and relay valuable insights to management.
