About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Controls & Automation Engineer to deliver end to end electrical and automation solutions across major industrial and material handling projects. This is a hands‑on role covering the full project lifecycle—from design and programming through to testing, commissioning, and startup—working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, program, and modify PLC software using Siemens and Allen Bradley (Rockwell) platforms
- Develop PLC logic, HMI interfaces, and communication links between PLCs and SCADA systems
- Configure and integrate automation equipment including motors, VFDs, encoders, and sensors
- Support shop‑floor testing, on‑site installation, startup, and commissioning activities
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians during installation and commissioning




- Participate in remote support activities for troubleshooting and system optimization
- Coordinate proactively with project managers, engineers, technicians, suppliers, and site personnel

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or a related discipline
- 4+ years’ experience in automation design, PLC programming, and commissioning
- Proven delivery of automation projects within material handling, manufacturing, process, packing lines, or machine‑building environments
- Strong experience with Siemens and/or Rockwell PLC, HMI, and VFD systems
- Ability to read and produce electrical drawings, ideally using EPLAN
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
