We’re seeking an experienced Driver to join our team. It is an exciting opportunity to join our industry leading transportation company and play a key role in assisting hundreds of Australian businesses to meet their transport needs. Lindsay Transport is Australia’s largest fresh produce transporter, delivering temperature-sensitive freight to major markets and grocery distribution centres. We’re part of the Lindsay Group, a national leader in transport and logistics, connecting regional communities with key markets across Australia. Our Derrimut depot is seeking a reliable and experienced MC-licensed TUG Driver to join our team in a permanent, full time role. This position is ideal for an experienced MC Driver who still enjoys being behind the wheel but is looking for a role that allows them to be home every night. You will play a key role in supporting our Wash Bay and Workshop operations by safely moving trucks and trailers in and out of the wash bay and workshop areas. The role also includes general yard and shed duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely move and position trucks and trailers between the yard, wash bay, and workshop to support operations.
- Conduct pre-start and routine safety inspections.
- Perform basic yard and shed duties.
- Refuel fridge motors.
- Coordinate drivers within the yard.
- Communicate effectively via 2-way radio.
- Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

What You'll Bring





- Current and valid driver licence to perform the role.
- Previous Commercial Driving Experience detailed in your resume.
- Current BFM, preferred but not essential.
- Safe driving record, with a copy of driving history required.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Strong customer focus with good communication skills.
- Well presented, professional and reliable.
