60,000 base salary + Bonuses + Superannuation + Uncapped commission structure — your effort directly drives your income. On‑Target Earnings of 121,000+; top performers will exceed this OTE.

Role

You will work a warm lead pipeline — no cold calling — speaking with and qualifying prospects and booking high‑quality appointments for our specialist consultants across property investment, superannuation and mortgage brokerage.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and speaking English fluently
- Experience booking appointments in property, superannuation, or mortgage brokerage
- Natural on the phone — confident, clear, and compelling
- Highly motivated by money and personal performance
