We are seeking an exceptional Senior Beauty & Lifestyle Publicist to join our growing luxury division and play a key role in driving impactful communications campaigns, industry relationships and creative storytelling.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly connected and creatively driven beauty and lifestyle publicist to work across some of the world’s most recognised luxury beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands while helping shape the future growth of the agency’s beauty and lifestyle portfolio.

The role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-moving agency environment, has robust media and influencer relationships, understands luxury brand positioning and is passionate about beauty, wellness, culture and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute strategic publicity campaigns across luxury beauty and lifestyle accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, beauty editors, influencers, KOLs and key industry contacts
- Secure premium editorial coverage across print, digital, broadcast and social platforms
- Manage product launches, VIP events, media previews and brand experiences
- Oversee product sampling and gifting,



media appointments and press office management
- Draft high-level media materials including press releases, pitches, interview briefs and campaign reports
- Work collaboratively across influencers, partnerships, social media and events teams
- Contribute to new business opportunities, beauty and lifestyle growth and creative campaign development
- Mentor and support junior team members within the publicity division
- Maintain a strong understanding of beauty, wellness, lifestyle trends, culture and the evolving media landscape

Desired Experience & Skills

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in beauty and lifestyle publicity, PR or communications
- Established relationships across beauty and lifestyle media and influencers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of the Australian luxury beauty and lifestyle landscape
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple premium accounts simultaneously
- Confident client management and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, lifestyle, events, culture and brand storytelling
- Experience working across premium and global brands preferred
