Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for a ANUM to join our growing team on an ongoing part‑time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical leadership in assessment, care planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Support the Nurse Unit Manager with staffing, resource management, and daily operations
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and consumer focused care
- Promote open and transparent communication with consumers, carers, and stakeholders
- Support staff through supervision, mentoring, and performance development
- Ensure compliance with mental health legislation, national standards, and organisational policies
- Contribute to audits, reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee clinical documentation and ensure accurate and compliant record keeping
- Promote a safe working environment and adherence to occupational health and safety requirements
- Support service development and implementation of improvement initiatives

About you

You are an experienced and confident mental health nurse leader who thrives in a complex environment. You bring strong clinical expertise, leadership capability, and a commitment to recovery focused care and continuous improvement.

You demonstrate integrity, compassion, adaptability, and a team-oriented approach to team‑based care.

Key Requirements





- Registered Nurse Division 1 with postgraduate qualification in mental health nursing and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Demonstrated experience in senior clinical leadership roles
- Strong understanding of mental health legislation, standards, and service delivery frameworks
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff
- Highly developed communication, problem solving, and decision‑making skills
- Commitment to recovery focused practice and reducing restrictive interventions
- Current Victorian Driver Licence
