What You’ll Do

- Deliver day‑to‑day advice and coaching to line managers on employee relations matters such as grievances, performance management, misconduct, policy breaches and health matters.
- Stay abreast of internal policy and external legislation to ensure the highest quality advice is given.
- Influence, coach and develop line managers to model the desired interpersonal and leadership skills to create a positive working environment in line with our values and employee relations framework.
- Manage individual caseloads to support and foster both leaders and team business‑wide.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in Employee Relations, Industrial Relations or HR, through previous roles and/or tertiary education (human resources or law).
- Ability and passion for coaching and supporting employees.
- Experience interpreting and advising on the Fair Work Act and Enterprise Agreements is ideal but not essential.
- Solid communication skills,



stakeholder management and relationship building skills are important as is a commercial orientation.
- Effective time management and the ability to manage a number of competing priorities and time‑sensitive cases.
