We are currently seeking a Civil Supervisors for family-owned civil and construction mining contractors delivering civil bulk earthworks, drainage and infrastructure projects.

Roster: 2/1 Day Shift only

Site: BHP & FMG Sites

About the Role

- Supervising and leading site personnel and plant operators.
- Planning and coordinating daily construction activities.
- Promoting and maintaining a robust safety culture.
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinating labour, plant and materials to maximise productivity.
- Conducting pre-starts, toolbox meetings and site inspections.
- Building positive relationships with clients,



suppliers and your project team.

About You

- Schedule 26
- White Card
- BHP or FMG Inducted
- Previous experience supervising civil construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crews.
- Experience delivering earthworks, roadworks, drainage, concrete or similar civil infrastructure works.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A current C Class Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.
- Full Working Rights in Australia
