About the Role
As the Outdoor Blinds Installation Manager, you will be managing and controlling all After Sales Customer Service functions to ensure the efficient and timely installation of our Outdoor Blinds. This is a quick‑paced office position based at our Wangara office, working alongside a team of Installation Managers for various products in our range.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, order, and schedule all required products to ensure on‑time delivery and budget adherence, while coordinating trade services for efficient installations
- Oversee procurement, stock management, and cost‑effective subcontractors, maintaining accurate records within the ERP system
- Manage job costing, payment schedules, and financial reporting to ensure profitability
- Act as a primary customer contact, handling inquiries, managing warranties, and providing timely documentation for orders and installations
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service, installation, efficiency, and quality through proactive problem‑solving and customer communication
About You
- Previous experience in after sales customer service dealing with retail‑based customers and installation of products
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in managing teams of trades people/installers
- Great time management and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
