We're looking for a passionate Service Leader to lead our close‑knit 30-place service through an exciting period of transformation. This is an opportunity to shape culture and deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families. With an immediate start available, you'll join a provider committed to growth, quality, and creating meaningful experiences for every child, every day.
About the Role
As Service Leader, you'll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the service while fostering a positive, high‑performing culture. You'll lead by example, ensuring compliance, quality practice and strong relationships with children, families and the local school community.
This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being hands‑on, developing people, driving continuous improvement and creating engaging environments where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, child‑centred programs and experiences
- Build solid relationships with children, families and school partners
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and policies
- Manage service operations, administration and rostering
- Support team performance, engagement and professional growth
- Drive quality improvement and service excellence
- Contribute to organisational growth and transformation initiatives
About You
- Hold or be working towards an ACECQA‑approved Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Hold a current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in OSHC, education or children's services
- Strong organisational,
communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for quality outcomes for children, families and communities
