At H1 Healthcare, we’re looking for compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses to join one of our long-term community care programs in Ferntree Gully, VIC.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering high-quality nursing care in the client’s home
- Medication administration
- Ventilator and nebuliser care
- Bowel and catheter care
- Manual handling, including ceiling hoists
- Supporting activities of daily living
- Building strong relationships with the client, their family and the wider healthcare team

What We’re Looking For

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience with ventilators and nebulisers (essential)




- Experience with bowel care and catheter care
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Current Victorian Driver Licence
- Comfortable working around dogs
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3/4 shifts per week
- Availability for:
- 7:00am – 11:00am - Monday to Sunday shifts
