Senior Management Accountant | Temp to Perm Opportunity | Immediate Start |Melbourne Based

FourQuarters are currently partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join their finance team on an initial temporary contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, partnering with key stakeholders, and driving process improvements while supporting a large operational business.

The Opportunity:

As the Senior Management Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while providing commercial insights to support business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly management reports, journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Deliver budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making




- Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support month-end and year-end reporting requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting
- Ensure financial compliance and strong financial controls are maintained

About You:

To be successful, you'll bring:

- CA or CPA qualification
- Proven experience as a Senior Management Accountant, Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced workplace
- Available to commence immediately or at short notice
