You will report to and beinstructed by the Head Chef and Venue Manager
Duties include but not limitedto:
- Receival of large deliveries of high-riskfood items
- Checking the condition and temperature ofhigh-risk food items
- Transporting and storing of food items toand from kitchen storage locations
- Ensuring appropriate food safety formsare completed promptly and accurately
- Cleaning of storage areas and stockrotation of food items
- Removal of boxes and waste from kitchento designated disposal area
- Washing of dishes and kitchen equipment
- Cleaning of floors- back & front ofhouse
- Emptying of rubbish disposal units
- Following OH&S; guidelines whenperforming duties
- Basic food preparation and cleaningduties when requested
