This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial commercial Real Estate professional to take ownership of a multifaceted role that combines asset management, leasingand sales.

Based in Coburg, this full-time position offers the chance to build and develop a commercial asset management desk from the ground up whilst supporting leasing and sales campaigns across retail, industrial and office portfolios. We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to contribute to a growing and award-nominated team.

What you’ll do:

- Oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including tenant liaison, rent reviews and lease renewals




- Lead leasing campaigns from marketing to deal close - prepare brochures, list properties, qualify prospects, organise site inspectionsand negotiate lease terms
- Support sale listings by preparing proposals, coordinating campaignsand liaising with vendors and buyers
- Proactively identify new leasing and management opportunities to grow the desk
- Maintain accurate client records and deliver high-quality service in compliance with leasing and sales regulations

What we’re looking for:

- MUST HAVE At least 2+ years of commercial real estate experience (sales and/or leasing)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A proactive, accountable approach with an owner’s mindset
- A solid understanding of the Melbourne commercial property landscape
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
