About the role

Whether you’re just starting your OT journey or already have years under your belt, your role at Recovery In Mind will be tailored to your experience and professional goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing assessments, individualised interventions, and therapy for adolescents and adults aged 16–65, funded by NDIS, Medicare, and private referrals

- Writing clear, meaningful client reports detailing assessment findings, therapy progress, and recommendations





- Collaborating with clients, families, and support teams to promote wellness, independence, and recovery

- Supervising and supporting early career OTs

- Contributing to service improvements and exciting future group programs as we grow

What you need

- Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy

- Current AHPRA registration

- Australian working rights

- Current Driver’s Licence & own vehicle

- A passion for mental health OT, empathy, and the genuine desire to empower clients

About the Director

Bianca, the founder of Recovery In Mind, has over 15 years of experience in mental health and psychiatry, with degrees in both Psychology and Occupational Therapy. She’s a published researcher, a passionate mentor, and a dedicated advocate for NDIS participants. Bianca is known for her warm, approachable style and commitment to creating a supportive, empowering workplace. (And yes, she insists on regular team dinners—it's mandatory fun!)
