We are now looking for a commercially focused and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial & Strategy team in Melbourne.

About the Role

The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining pricing models that support sustainable revenue growth and profitability across our Oceania services portfolio.

Working closely with Commercial, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams, you will provide pricing insights and financial modelling support for new business opportunities, contract renewals, and customer variations, ensuring pricing decisions are commercially sound and strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain,



and refine pricing models across services offerings

- Conduct financial modelling, scenario analysis, and cost-benefit assessments

- Analyse pricing trends, customer behaviour, margins, and cost structures

- Support pricing inputs for tenders, proposals, renewals, and customer negotiations

- Collaborate with Commercial and Sales teams to develop competitive pricing solutions

- Ensure pricing submissions are accurate, commercially viable, and compliant with governance requirements

- Maintain documentation of pricing assumptions, approvals, and models

- Support continuous improvement of pricing processes, reporting, and tools

About You

You are analytical, commercially aware, and confident working with data to drive business outcomes.

You will ideally bring:

- Robust analytical and numerical capability

- Experience in pricing analysis and financial modelling

- Advanced Excel and modelling skills

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to communicate complex information clearly to stakeholders

- Commercial understanding of revenue and cost drivers

- A proactive and solution-focused mindset

Desirable Experience

- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or related discipline

- Experience within technology services, telecommunications, or similar industries

- Exposure to pricing frameworks, tenders, or bid support

- Experience with reporting or data visualisation tools
