We are looking for a passionate coach to head our in-house U6&U7; Miniroos program. The age group focus is on a fun, supportive and engaging environment whilst building on participation and skills.
Rates of pay are negotiable depending on the individual’s level of coaching experience and availability and dependent on age and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Program delivery for training and game day.
- Implement training sessions to enhance player engagement and skill development.
- . Monitor and mentor club coaches and provide support based on their needs.
- Set up and manage equipment in an orderly fashion.
- Foster effective relationships with parents.
- Support a positive club coaching culture and enjoyable player experiences.
- Be aware of clubs Policies, Child Protection, Health and Safety policy, Code of Conduct.
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum Accreditation – Working towards C Diploma in 2026.
- Current Working with Children Blue Card
- Minimum 2 years coaching experience with young players
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Ability to develop relationships with parents, sharing positive feedback and interactions.
