Our client is entrepreneurial, technology-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The marketing and design team plays a key role in bringing the brands to life, and now they are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Marketing Assistant to join the team.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing. You’ll support the Marketing Manager and wider team across a variety of creative, digital, and administrative marketing activities in a dynamic, quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media:
Assist in developing engaging content across social platforms, including posts, videos, stories, carousels, and infographics, ensuring consistency with brand tone and guidelines.

Analytics & Optimisation:
Monitor content performance and engagement metrics, helping refine strategies based on audience insights and results.

Audience Engagement:
Support online community engagement by responding to comments, creating interactive content, and encouraging user-generated content.

Event Support:




Assist with the planning and execution of events and expos, including promotional materials, vendor coordination, campaign support, and on-site assistance.

Marketing Administration:
Provide general marketing administration support such as database maintenance, filing, and coordination of brand ambassadors.

Team Support:
Assist the Marketing Manager and broader team with day-to-day tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Your Profile:

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creative, proactive, and eager to learn

Comfortable creating content both in front of and behind the camera

Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

Exposure to tools such as Monday.com, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office

A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail

Willing to travel for events and expos, including interstate opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently studying)

Previous marketing experience or internship is advantageous but not essential
