Role Overview

As a Personal Care Worker you will support residents by providing high‑quality, safe and timely contemporary personal care. Your focus will be on assisting with daily living functions and ensuring residents maintain independence, dignity and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist residents with self‑care needs, safe mobility and transfers.
- Complete required documentation for each resident’s care plan.
- Provide companionship and support to enhance residents’ wellbeing.
- Collaborate with clinical and allied health teams to deliver person‑centred care.

Qualifications and Experience

- Certificate III in Individual Support & Ageing (or equivalent).
- Experience in aged care is highly regarded.
- Valid working rights in Australia (e.g., passport,



birth certificate).
- Prior to commencement, complete a National Police Check and/or an NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain).
