Client & Project Manager – Mining Equipment Repairs

Location: Canning Vale, Perth WA

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client & Project Manager to join our busy Crusher Repair team at our head office in Perth. This key leadership position is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing major crusher and heavy mobile equipment repair projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of workshop and field service scopes. The role is ideal for a Superintendent, Maintenance Planner, Shutdown Coordinator, Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer or Senior Tradesperson looking to move into a client‑facing leadership role.

The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for our mining clients, coordinating projects from quotation through to completion while maintaining exceptional standards of safety, quality, communication and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mining and industrial clients.
- Manage major crusher and HME repair projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate workshop, machining, fabrication and field service activities.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and deliverables.
- Lead client meetings, project reviews and progress reporting.
- Prepare and review quotations, variations and project documentation.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure safe and efficient execution.
- Identify opportunities for additional works and business growth.
- Manage project risks and resolve technical or commercial issues.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations.

About You





- Experience managing mining equipment repair, shutdown or maintenance projects.
- Solid understanding of crushing equipment, fixed plant, or heavy mobile equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and project management capability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of organisation, accountability and attention to detail.

- Excavators
- Boom, Sticks and attachments
- Mining, OEM or major repair workshop background
- Experience with tendering and estimating
