We are a family of more than 50 dental support team members, 300 dental assistants and a dental management team made up of people with decades of experience in working and managing dental practices. Responsibilities

- Providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our dentists
- Delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service
- Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
- Advising patients of care
- Fostering professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Answering telephone calls and enquiries
- Booking patients
- Providing administrative support

Qualifications

- Previous chairside dental experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive, can‑do attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting




- Strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
- Cert III in Dental Assisting and/or three or more years’ dental assisting experience preferred
