Mazenod College, Lesmurdie, Western Australia, invites expressions of interest for the inaugural Vice Principal position. As a member of the College Leadership Team, the Vice Principal works closely with the Principal, sharing authority and responsibility for the strategic leadership and effective operation of the College, promoting its vision, mission, and Catholic identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across People & Culture, Organisational Effectiveness, Governance, Compliance, Child Safeguarding and School Improvement.
- Act as Principal in their absence.
- Support the Principal and Rector in promoting the College’s Vision and Mission and upholding its Catholic identity.
- Facilitate strategic alignment across College operations,
support informed decision‑making and foster a culture of excellence, wellbeing and accountability.
- Collaborate with the College community and actively engage in co‑curricular activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Qualified and experienced senior educational leader with a demonstrated record of effective strategic, operational and cultural leadership.
