Plympton Park Day & Night Surgery is an accredited General Practice that has been delivering excellent healthcare to the local community since 2015. Over the years, we have earned a reputation as a highly respected and well-established practice.

We are currently seeking an experienced and autonomous Practice Nurse to join our busy, friendly, and passionate team. This is a part-time/ casual position, offering 2 to 4 days of work per week. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with no weekend or public holiday work required. We value work/life balance and are open to discussing flexible scheduling options for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, but also be a team player. Experience in aspects of either general practice, specialists rooms or hospital environment is preferred.

This position is perfect for a nurse who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment,



is highly organised and pays attention to detail, and has a strong emphasis on efficiency and workflow. An attractive remuneration will be offered based on a candidate’s skills and experience.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

- Must have permanent unrestricted rights to work in Australia
- Current Australian registration in nursing (AHPRA)
- A valid National Police Certificate
- A valid Working With Children (WWC) Check
- Proof of up-to-date vaccinations including COVID-19 vaccinations
- Current drivers’ licence & own car
- Immunisation competency or willingness to obtain
- Experience in a general practice, specialist rooms or hospital environment

Desired Criteria:

- Experience with CDM, TCA's & Health assessment as well as positive familiarity with MBS codes
- Immunisation certification preferred
- Cervical Screenings
- Wound Care experience preferred
- Experience with Medical Director/Best Practice, Primary Sence, HotDoc will be highly regarded
