The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive Workshop Compliance Coordinator to join our Victorian Workshop team in Port Melbourne.

Reporting to the Victorian Fleet Operations Manager, you'll coordinate inspections, certifications, and compliance documentation to ensure our plant and equipment meet legislative, customer, and company requirements. Working closely with workshop staff and external providers, you'll play a key role in keeping our fleet compliant and operational.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate machinery inspections, certifications and statutory compliance.

Maintain compliance registers and monitor inspection expiry dates.





Manage Plant Assessor and Check Right compliance systems.

Prepare maintenance records, risk assessments and compliance documentation.

Support workshop personnel with plant compliance requirements.

Liaise with external inspection providers and internal project teams.

Assist with compliance improvements and workshop administration.

About You

You'll have:

Experience in a workshop, construction, transport, mining or heavy equipment environment.

Experience coordinating plant compliance, inspections or maintenance records.

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Positive Microsoft Office and computer skills.

The ability to build strong relationships and manage competing priorities.

Trade, safety or compliance qualifications will be highly regarded.
